Minimum stay and refund policy
. minimum stay three nights. Cancellation over 90 days: full refund less $50 booking fee and any bank charges. Within 90-60 days: 1 night's charge is due. 60-30 days: 2 night's charge is due. Part cancellations within 60 days incur a 15% per night cancelled fee. Inside 30 days: 50% of the total booking charge is due. No shows full accommodation charge. Payment due 20 days prior toarrival for booked dates, no refunds will be given for early departure after check-in. Confirming a booking with Apartments Kakera Credit card payment form
. When booking with Apartments Kakera a deposit of two nights accommodation will be required to secure an accommodation only booking. NZ$1500 is required to secure a wedding & NZ$1000 for a package booking. Three night minimum stays the full payment is due 20 days prior to arrival for booked dates. Deposit amounts will be deducted from arrival total. Forms of payment accepted are online transfer, cash deposit, Visa Master card and Amex. Full payments on booking is avaliable. Please advise your preference.

. To confirm your booking at Apartments Kakera online please complete our online booking information. To manually confirm please email and ask for our Deposit Payment form complete and fax it back to Apartments Kakera on fax/phone 00682 20424 or scan and email it to stay@apartmentskakera.com

Check in/out Early in/out
. Our check-in time is 11.30 am and check-out is 10am, early check-in are available from 5am and late check-out until 6pm, see rate for full details. If your arrival is before 5 am we recommended your book the night prior.
