Yoga Retreats

Melinda Morris-Ponga has been a student of yoga for 13 years and has been teaching for 3 years. She invites you to rebuild your inner peace, refresh your thoughts and simply slow down.

"The idea behind our yoga retreats is not only to rebuild your own inner peace but perhaps to nurture a relationship with a friend that you may have lost touch with," says Melinda. 

"Life gets busy and we don't always have time for our dear friends. 

On this retreat, we want guests to be able to catch up, rekindle friendships and make new ones."
