Because each Kakera apartment is a fully set up home unit, long term arrangements (stays of 8 months or more) are offered to both local and overseas tenants. Rates are offered at a weekly rental rate under a tenancy agreement with tenants arranging their own utilities with the applicable service providers. Apartments pools and grounds are serviced. Arranging a tenancy agreement at Kakera Villa Apartments while not residing in Rarotonga will require the first three months paid in advance, and for local arrangements a bond of three weeks rental.
